The seasonal guest is required to comply with the general regulations and furthermore:

• Any confirmation of the pitch for the following year must be made by October 31, with payment of the first installment as a deposit. Cancellation is possible, with refund of the full amount paid minus bank charges, by January 31. Children are included free of charge up to 5 years of age.
• The guest must inform the reception of the day of arrival and the day of departure by completing the appropriate forms provided by the management. Failure to complete them may result in the management refusing to renew the subscription for the following year.
• According to Art. 109 T.U.L.P.S., access to the facility is allowed only after presenting a valid identity card or other suitable identification document.
• Daily visits are permitted upon deposit of an identity document, free of charge for up to one hour; after that, the visitor must pay the current rate. The seasonal guest will be held directly responsible for any unregistered visitors.
• No more than two dogs are allowed per pitch. Dogs must be declared and provided with vaccination records and insurance.
• The boundaries of the pitch must be respected. Only one car is allowed and must be parked within the pitch, in a paid garage, or in the parking area in front of the campsite. Without keeping the car on the pitch and without a garage, the car may not enter the campsite.
• The pitch must be kept clean (including grass cutting if necessary). Maximum respect is required for waste containers, sanitary facilities, the beach, and all other common areas. Please avoid wasting hot water and electricity (do not leave lights on when the caravan is empty).
• Due to public safety regulations, veranda installation is allowed only from the opening day. Dismantling is permitted at any time if the caravan is immediately removed and the pitch left free. If the caravan remains in storage, dismantling may begin only from the date indicated by the management, and in any case not earlier than 10 days before closing. For hygiene and organizational reasons, only the caravan may remain in storage; leaving other materials on the pitch is prohibited.
