The Company I Tre Moschettieri S.r.l. has complied with the regulatory provisions onwhistleblowing by activating the following channels for reports to the Supervisory BodyexD.Lgs. 231/01 of offenses and irregularities of which the reporter has become aware within the scope of his or her working relationship:
- registered mail to the address of the professional office of the Supervisory Board (Studio Linguerri, Via Cairoli 6, 44121 Ferrara).
For the use of the above channel, to guarantee confidentiality, the reporter must prepare three envelopes:
- a first envelope containing the identifying data together with a copy of the identification document and the address at which to receive feedback,
- and a second envelope with the report;
- both must then be placed in another sealed envelope bearing the words "confidential -whistleblowing" on the outside;
